delivery times

The folding bed is spread out over the existing bed and offers excellent sleeping comfort - the division of the individual parts is chosen in such a way that you do not feel the edges of the 2-seater bench, and the seat belt locks are also padded.
The flame-retardant automotive standard foam can be removed if you want to clean the VW California original fabric cover.
The cover can be washed in the wool program at 30°C.
The California folding bed is made up of three parts and can be folded and stored on the rear cushion. If required, it can be unfolded forwards with one hand movement.
The iXTEND folding bed can be folded and stored on the rear cushion of the VW California Comfortline. If required, it can be unfolded forwards with one hand movement.
The iXTEND California is available in two versions:
“Allround” fits perfectly on all VW T6.1/T6 California Ocean/Coast and VW T5 California Comfortline when using the bed extension in the lower position and over the original series rear cushion.
The iXTEND Allround folding bed can also be used in the upper position with the iXTEND PAD only in the VW T5 California Comfortline. Material thickness: all parts approx. 6.5 cm.
“High Comfort” is exclusively for the VW T6 California Ocean/Coast and can only be used together with the iXTEND PAD if the bed extension (rear grille) is set in the upper position.
Material thickness: rear part approx. 6.5 cm and the front two parts approx. 9 cm.
All iXTEND folding beds can be opened up and leaned against the backrest of the California 2-seater bench seat to create a large, uninterrupted storage or lying area: Practical for storing luggage on the rear cushion but also as an easily accessible baby bed or as a large “travel bed” for a dog.
The iXTEND folding beds for all VW T6.1/T6/T5 California models (including Beach) have a bracket as standard for easy attachment to the headrests of the bench backrest.
Two iXTEND parts can be folded onto the backrest and attached to the headrests: This creates a very good baby bed or a spacious dog bed and luggage storage area that can be padded at the bottom and front.
